Competitive and affordarble rates!!! Rates are based on daily accomodation per cottage. Package rates include FREE breakfast, lunch and dinner for two; round trip boat ride to the island and back to municipality of Roxas wharf. There are (19) nineteen cottages available. Each cottage includes one queen size bed with two pillows and beddings; table for two; cabinet; electric fan; private bathroom; hammock; and electricity, provided from dusk to dawn:

1. We DO NOT ACCEPT credit cards or checks due to lack of banking services and inaccessibility to ATM machines in the island. Therefore, we kindly encourage guests to pay in advance.
2. Reservations are confirmed with 50% deposit from the total accommodation fee through bank transfer (bank transfer fee is shouldered by client) prior to the guest's arrival
3. The resort will charge a a corkage fee for food and drinks brought by guests to the island.
4. We only accept full accountability on things left through the reception personnel

Cancellation Policy:

• Reservation fee is non-refundable if cancellation notice is received within 72 hours prior to the date of arrival. All deposits are non-refundable for booking cancelled on the scheduled day of arrival. No refunds on Early Chechkout and No-Show. Clients MUST rebook or reschedule their reservations three days or 72 hours prior to the original date of arrival. If rebooked less than 72 hours before arrival, deposits are forfeited.
